I was at Hachi Ju Hachi on Big Basin Way and noticed they had business cards for the groomer across the street (just giving a shoutout to them for that). I had already been meaning to find a groomer for my dog since I’ve been back in the area, but between timing, scheduling, and not knowing who would actually be the right fit, I kept putting it off. Seeing that there was a local groomer so close by, and a newer business, finally pushed me to book an appointment (the 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk sure was nice for drop off/pickup). My dog is incredibly adorable, but he can also be quite stubborn. When he doesn’t like certain things, it’s extremely difficult to persuade him to try again, especially since he isn’t motivated by treats, which makes things even more challenging. Nicole is exceptional. She took the time to arrange a meet-and-greet first, making him feel safe and loved. During the second grooming session, she gentle gave him a bath. By the third visit, he eagerly went to Nicole on his own, which says a lot about her approach. Nicole never forces him, respecting his boundaries; when he started to get restless, she patiently let him take a break before finishing. The result? A dog who looked and felt absolutely fantastic! My wife does not particularly trust groomers, after a particularly bad experience with one of our prior fur babies. It took her a while to find Nicole, and are we glad she did! We trust Nicole wholeheartedly with our little girl. She clearly loves animals and knows how to put a dog at ease very quickly. The entire salon is geared towards your pet's happiness, health, safety, and comfort. And your pet will look stunning when you leave! Nicole knows her stuff. We highly recommend her.

Nicole took so much care in our minature poodle Rubi. This was by far the best grooming experience we’ve ever had, he came back calm, looking good and feeling back on track. Highly recommend, we found our new groomer!

We love Nicole and trust her with our fur babies. Shes safety first and is so sweet about our anxious one. They always come back so cute and well groomed. We’re so happy to have a great groomer so close to home.
