I took Tad there after rescuing him from his owner who could no longer take care of him. Sarah did an amazing job shaving him and now she keeps him looking fabulous! Thank you Sarah!

I went to Sarah to get a nail trim for my dog. I walked in with high anxiety and extremely nervous. My dog is very sensitive to having his feet touched, he had a pretty bad experience at a different groomer. He had never been on a motorized lift table. Everything was new for him. Sarah was able to get him up on the table and got through most of his nails before he decided to lose patience. He did try to snip at her and fought her with everything he had (He is 73lbs). Sarah remained calm and continued to patiently work with him. She was able to get all of his nails trimmed. I was extremely impressed. Not only did she show me grooming could be a positive experience for my dog, she helped relieve anxiety and fear I had. Thanks Sarah!

I’ve had Sarah groom my German shepherd a handful of times. The first two experiences were lovely, and she has been kind each time. However this final experience was either a lack of knowledge on her part or an unclear communication on mine. Either way my German shepherd was shaved when I asked for a “hair cut” that wasn’t “too short.” Dogs with undercoats are not meant to be shaved. They need their undercoats to help keep them cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and they should only be shaved if there are necessary health complications. Sarah is very kind and has given my dog a great bath and brush in the past, but this recent experience proves the need to be very clear and specific on the level of grooming I should have communicated. I called to get appointments for two doggies she had done before..I'm grandma for these pups. I was happy asked her how she was and told her I wanted to make appointment for dogs she had seen. She was short and rude. No way I will take my dogs to her.bif she's like this to me, how will she treat my dogs! Nope...advice for you is BE FREAKING FRIENDLY AND NICE!!!

I haven't had my dogs professionally groomed in a LONG time and Sarah did an amazing job on my Jack Russel Terriers! They looked amazing and most importantly they were happy while they were there which is important to me.
