This is the only place I would take my dogs. She is helpful and very caring. When I lost my dog of 16 years last year during covid and restrictions didn’t allow us in the back she did all she could to keep my daughter who was attached to her calm. She didn’t push for us to hurry. She cares very much for animals as you can see it as she and the other employees sort of teared up when my daughter did. I now have a new puppy and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. I know there is a couple of places around may be cheaper. But quality is the best when it comes to my pets.

I called this vet to see about having a cat seen for ear mites. The lady by name of Dee was so unpleasant, unprofessional and hung up on me 2xs. As a business owner myself I’d fire her for hanging up on clients first off. If I could give a negative star review I definitely would. It’s highway robbery here when it comes to living in a small town and needing a veterinary. Oh by the way every vet I’ve called to treat ear mites says they use an otc product called Ottomite mixed with Ivermec. I find it odd that they would charge you 2 arms and 2 legs for something that a person can buy on 800 pet meds. All vets in area charges $40-65 for office visits and anywhere from $22-$130 for the concoction they make. What a joke. Save yourself the waste of time to be hung up on and robbed. Get Ottomite

My outside kitty, Molly Mae, went back for shots last week. Molly loves riding in my car, and she loves Sandy Creek!! She purred the entire tume she was there. The staff is always ready to discuss the treatment of your animal. And answer all your questions about your pet. I have never felt 'rushed' at any of my visits with Molly or Sally Sue.

My long time baby Boston Terrier Tatum had to leave us suddenly and on the weekend. Thank Sandy Creek for letting me be with her all the way to the blessed end. Thank God for them!

I love that my dogs are loved & taken very well care of by their doc & techs. I have big dogs and they are openly accepted and well cared for.
