Sand Dollar Dog Spa and Boutique

Julie groomed our Labradoodle Duke this morning. Exceptional customer service from the crew, on time, smiles & fulfilled every request we asked for. Julie did an excellent job of grooming and fine work for his face and eyes! We are so pleased with her work and her customer cares. We will for sure be bringing Duke back for all his grooming!! Thanks Julie!!!

Brought my dog here x3. 1st time was okay, had a meet & greet, went over my dogs medical issues (cardiac) that are being treated, she’s a very anxious & nervous girl and does not like being groomed but she usually will tolerate it (she’s a rescue). 2nd time groomer asked if she was sick because she’s usually ‘always happy coming in here and her face looks sad’.. I’ve only ever brought her here once before so how would he know how my dog is? I assumed he was confusing her with another dog so I let it go and told him no she just doesn’t like coming to get groomed, she is not sick. Third time as I’m paying the groomer (same male) shouts out from across the room declaring that my dog is sick because she diarrhea-ed all over his table. I apologized that happened but again reiterated she is not

Very friendly customer service! My dog maya remand calm while getting her nails done,the groomer talked to her while clipping assuring her she was going to be OK 😃 thankyou sand dollar!

This review was written for Jackie's Dog Spa and Boutique not Sand Dollar Dog Spa and Boutique. Without Jackie it's not the same place. You will not find a more compassionate, knowledgeable, experienced groomer anywhere! Jackie is all about the fur babies and makes sure they receive the best care possible. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Not only is she an excellent groomer but, as a former vet tech, she makes sure that any peculiarities or issues are noted and discussed. She helped me identify a tumor in my dog's mouth that was cancer but he is doing well due to the early diagnosis. I have NEVER been to any other groomer who would be SOOO attentive!! If you want the best care available for your pet at a fair price you will take them to Jackie's Dog Spa and Boutique.

I’m sad to say that I had to come back here and delete my original review. I have given Jackie’s Dog Spa at least four chances. It took three times to get someone to take care of my dog properly. Her first groom went absolutely amazing but it was after that I realized that if you don’t have Jackie, you’re not going to receive good service. Three times I’ve had to call Jackie and let her know of work, like nail trimming and ear cleaning, that was either not done or not done properly. On my profile we had to make a note that my dog was only to see Jackie, that’s sad because the whole team should be able to provide quality care and services. Jackie is so kind but my last straw was needing a nail trim for my other dog. I called to get him scheduled and they wanted $25!!!! For a nail trim?!?! U
