Salt Creek Veterinary Hospital Anson

Intensive care. I brought in my 11 yr old dog in the middle of a desperate emergency & Dr Rebecca worked swiftly, getting her into an immediate sonogram. This happened mid-afternoon & bc the course of treatment was so efficient she was able to get her into surgery that very afternoon & even arranged thru her team a blood transfusion for after surgery. She & Bailey stayed late to keep me updated & see her through. They always made sure I had an immediate contact number in case I needed to chat & left detailed messages on my voice-mail. She was resting safely before anyone went home that day. The next day they were short-staffed & busy but they were very attentive in reception & then Bailey really made me feel prioritized which I needed, as a worrying pet-parent. We recently had one of our cat Lola spayed at the Anson clinic. We are very thankful for everything that Dr. George and Bailey did for us. Dr. George and Bailey went above and beyond our expectations while our baby was in their care. When we went to pick her up they were very thorough with aftercare instructions as well as they answered all of our questions. We also want to say thank you to Tatum, she always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome when we come in for veterinary care. We have found a very compassionate and caring group of people at Salt Creek Veterinary Clinic. We are glad to know that we have the Salt Creek team to call on when we are in need.

It was great , they cut my dog's nails with no problem , which is amazing because where I took her before couldn't do it , and my dog did very well with the ladies there.

We’ve had good experiences at Salt Creek but I do want to warn anyone getting their cat’s ear notched after a spay. Other clinics typically make a very small slit in the side of the ear - but when Salt Creek recently did our new cat - they cut the whole top of her ear off. We didn’t have any plans to enter her in a beauty contest but I feel like this defeats the purpose of the notch - she now looks like she lost her ear in some type of fight/accident & I don’t think anyone would assume it meant she’s spayed.

Our fur babies love the vet! We love them just as much they’re always so sweet and gentle with our babies.
