Sagehills Veterinary Services

We have been taking our cat and dog to Sagehill for years. We’ve always been happy with our service. This weekend a pack of dogs attacked one of our alpacas. Even though they were fully booked, after seeing our photos and learning that the 10 other vets I called couldn’t see her, Dr Sorensen stayed late and saved our alpaca’s life. Our family is forever grateful for her and the Sagehill staff. They were professional, compassionate and all around amazing. They patiently and clearly explained her post op care in a way I felt totally prepared to manage on my own at home. I can’t recommend Dr Sorensen and her staff highly enough!

I have a high needs breed and I am a helicopter parent when it comes to my frenchie. He was born at Sagehills and to this day he is everyone's favorite patient at every clinic because his favorite place to go on earth is the vet's office. To the point when I first take him there they get concerned. I guess the offices kind of all smell the same, and he looks for Dr. S in every room until he eventually settles down for a weight check and his new vet. We have had a lot of vets through our travels with my own health but no practice I have found east coast or west compares to what Dr. Sorenson is doing there. I am in the human side of medicine on both ends, and you can not compare the two, especially right now. Not if you want to do what is best for your pet. I am a really emotional person and

I’ve been bringing my pets here for years, but the quality of care has completely fallen apart over the last year. They tell you to come in first thing in the morning for emergency walk-ins but when you do, you’re told you have to call instead. So I call, and then they tell me emergency spots are available tomorrow, but only if I call again tomorrow. What kind of system is that? It makes no sense. They have spots available but won’t see your pet because you didn’t call before coming in? I did call which is why I showed up early and they still didn’t see my dog. They say they don’t do emergency walk ins and then they say the do but it’s first come first serve…mind you I walked in 30 min after they opened. They told me they have spots open for tomorrow but I have to call tomorrow like what?

Sagehills takes amazing care of animals at a reasonable cost. I’ve had both my cat’s teeth cleaned through Sagehills and they always go above and beyond. They even cleaned my cat’s fur from spilling oil on her leg. All the staff are friendly and they have the best little orange kitty who works hard too! I recommend Sagehills to anyone who needs veterinary care. :)

Great reception, wonderful vet assistants, and a amazing vet! Bring a crazy pet owner I never feel out of place, and they answer all my crazy questions.
