I just want to give props to this place. I’ve been to a different vet and they were awful. Over charging me for a service they told me, the follow up was free, but charged me for another dose of medication. They would even give me my dogs prescription to get outside the facility. I’m so grateful I brought my Maggie here. Let me say, Jennifer really went above a being to help me. Giving me information that I didn’t ask but kindly have it to me, that really helped me. Thank you, Jennifer for your amazing attitude and just going above and beyond with helping me out. Had to post my baby girl Maggie. Great animal service here. I haven’t had a bad experience here. Everyone’s pretty cool.

The staff is knowledgeable and straightforward, providing solid advice focused on your pet’s well-being. They have separate entrances for cats and dogs, which really helps reduce stress for both pets and owners. They’re fast for a vet visit, and the prices are fair—especially with the United Pet Care discount program they accept. Most importantly, you leave feeling informed and confident, not pressured or upsold. Highly recommended for quality, honest care.

Dr. Kavanagh fit our dog in without an appointment and tended to her with knowledge and sweetness. He even called back to see if the meds were working. We love Saddleback!!

Miss Kitty was in good hands! She had not been to a vet before (is is a stray) and did very well. The vet confirmed that she is about a year old and in good health. That is good to know. I'm glad I took her there.

I have taken both my dogs here for over five years now. They have been cared for by both Dr. Kavanagh and Dr. Clark. Both are very knowledgeable, compassionate people and the staff here are very friendly and kind. I never feel judged even though my 15 y.o. Pekingese is quite the terror. I always know my boys are in good hands coming here so I highly recommend Saddleback Animal Hospital!
