They took care of my little pup so well. I got her microchiped and spayed for 200$ cant beat it. They were kind, fast, and did an amazing job. I appreciate their team. The front desk lady had bright pink hair and was such a joy as well.

I brought my dog to SCPA Vet seeking care and instead felt judged from the moment we arrived. Before asking any questions or understanding the circumstances, staff made critical comments about my dog not being bathed recently. There was no attempt to approach the situation with empathy or professionalism—only assumptions. During the nearly hour-long wait, staff also complained that my dog was “loud,” which was not accurate. She was quiet for the vast majority of the time—about 85% of the wait—and this complaint felt exaggerated and unfair, especially given how long we were left waiting.
