I am on a short vacation in Texas. My friends are taking care of my springer spaniel. They called yesterday, wondering if Lily might have a UTI because she was peeing a lot in the house. Lily is a patient at Saco Veterinary Hospital, but I thought it might be easier for my friends to bring her to the walk-in clinic. I called the clinic explaining the situation - and I reported that Lily has had numerous UTIs - the most recent one diagnosed by Dr Giroux at the clinic. I asked if my friend could just bring in a urine sample as Lily does not get into a car willingly and is heavy for an older person to lift. I was put on hold while the receptionist checked. Answer - yes - no problem. My friend brought in the sample today. She was told she should have gone to her regular vet and appeared to be
