What a beautiful facility. Staff was very helpful and kind. Really appreciate all that yall do.

This is such a great shelter. I called close to closing about any senior cats. They told me about one that no one had looked at. She had been there for 2 months and her previous owner passed. They told me about her, sent me some pictures and video. I was actually at another shelter looking at their cats but didn't find any I wanted to bring home. I drove over to Sachse Animal Shelter and made the decision to adopt Miss Prissy. She is still adjusting but hopefully she will feel more comfortable as time goes on. They were very informative, helpful and it was a quick process to adopt. Definitely recommend this shelter. It is very nice, clean, friendly and efficiently run. Thank you for taking care of Miss Prissy (Opal), I believe she will be in her Furever home!

Finally a nice clean shelter! The people working were extremely kind and quick to take in a lost dog I found. They made it a Smooth easy process. Would totally recommend getting your animals here as they take good care of pets and had amazing customer service!
