Rustburg Veterinary Clinic

We have only been going to Rustburg Veterinary for a couple of years since we just moved to Rustburg. I've got to say they are very caring and they really seem to love animals. Definitely five stars! The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and I really appreciate their care of our animals. Nice clean facility. THANK YOU Missy & Jackie for being so nice and welcoming, thank you Nicole for explaining to us what was going on with Romeo. Thank you Dr Coates for your help and dedication to our fur babies we love and appreciate all of you!

Called this vet when my girl suddenly started having bloody diarrhea and vomiting. We had never been there before, but they fit us in within 30 minutes and were incredibly helpful in getting her feeling better. They kept her until closing to keep a close eye on her and even offered to help transport her to the emergency vet for further testing. The staff was so kind, caring, and supportive during a really scary situation. I’m extremely appreciative and would highly recommend them!

My opinion is be very careful. My lack of proceeding with any services ended with front desk worker hollering at me You refused service, “just forget it, We will keep your $90.” I did not let the Vet proceed with any exam or service UNTIL They could confirm the costs that had already established over the phone. I wasn’t at all suspicious based on a good Attitude and making the appointment, but I feel that was flipped entirely Upon my checking the specific services I wanted and did not want/need. If I had not Asked for confirmation, 2 1/2 times what I was expecting from the time I made the appointment. All I needed was 12 monthly heartguard chewables per dog. This should have reasonably cost $100 per dog to get this RX at the most. +$150 per dog on the meds. I would have been loo

I had a great first experience!! They took care of my Millie girl as she was already established in their system from her previous owners got all paperwork switched over to us without any problems. She had a check up and shots and is doing great. Will continue working with this veterinary office!!
