Cut my Pomeranian and I can tell they’ve never done one before. My fault, I should have asked. Choppy, uneven etc… Before and after photos.
My beloved dog Pretzel, is a frequent visitor to Russell’s. Kim, Eddie, and their staff, take such great care of her and all the pets entrusted to them. Pretzel can’t hold back her excitement when we arrive!!! Thankfully, she is also happy to see me when I arrive to pick her back up!
I've boarded our dogs with Kim, and had then groomed there. They love it, and they looked great after their "spa" day. When they were boarded there, she sent video, which we were really grateful for. I won't consider anywhere else to either board or groom our girls.
I would just like to say what a kind couple that owns this place, and very community minded. I came there because I volunteered as a chaperone for the haunted hayride. It was a pleasure to meet them!
I always take my cat Sweeties there and they are really good with her. Prices are really affordable and the staff is very friendly.
