The worst place I ever been to in my life. First of all, you’re a woman the veterinarian is very much a sexist and he talks to you like you’re nothing a penny pig you for every time you have they made my dogs ear worse than before we walk in the door, You can’t pay me to walk back into that place ever again it is the worst veterinarian I have ever seen or met in my life and thank you to our new veterinarian off of Custer. He fixed my dog and he’s amazing. For half the price. . I asked for a refund or just a parcel refund because I am a single mother unemployed, and they pretty much laughed in my face Even though they did nothing for my dog, you’re better off taking your animal to a pet store to get checked out than there

Love how caring and attentive the Vet and staff are! When my kitty was there for 7 days, they gave us several updates and texted pictures to help ease our worries. We will continue to bring our pets to their lovely office!

Russell Creek is an exceptional place to leave your fur-babiies! The team is WONDERFUL! Bailey had a great stay and so did our puppy Sterling! They send you text messages showing.you how your dog/cat are doing! I felt like the “girls” were very well taken care of and I know they cared!

This Vetenarian is a very nice and caring doctor. Staff good with the pets and the groomer Ann is fantastic. I like the convenience of being able to walk my dogs to the clinic.

We just moved to Plano, and were painstakingly searching for a veterinarian for our animal crew. We believe our search is over - Dr. Greenwell and staff are amazing. We have been treated like family from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was courteous, professional, and took very good care of our cat. Dr. Greenwell was very welcoming; detailed in his explanations during our cat’s exam and personally followed up with us once the surgical procedure was done. I am so happy we found them! Follow up - we have expanded our pet family and would not have done so had we not found a veterinary clinic we could trust. Dr. Greenwell and his staff continue to go above and beyond our expectations in the care of our cat Jack, dog Molly and new edition, cat Poe. Every visit they listen carefully
