Rumford Pet

We have transitioned from buying pet stuff online to shopping locally at Rumford because of the exceptional experience shopping there. I've literally never had a negative interaction with any employee at this location (and I've been in a bunch)! Everyone I've worked with has been super kind and helpful, and I can't believe how knowledgeable about products the staff is. Truly superior customer service!

I recently adopted two guinea pigs from there, and Jacob was so patient and helpful! He was extremely knowledgeable on caring for guinea pigs, and you can tell he has a real love for animals! He made my whole experience very pleasant!

This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting Rumford Pet in Greenville, RI. A pleasant and educational experience thanks to Craig. Within the brand that I was looking for, he took the time to look at the ingredients and helped me to locate a better food for my German Shepherd. He also helped me to locate a better food for my 18+ cat. I will never shop online again; nothing beats that personal interaction.

Stopped by Rumford Pets in Smithfield to pick up some supplies for our brand new rescue puppy, Aspen. Was greeted by Helen. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She offered us a free care package for our newly rescued pup. Highly recommended! Thank you Rumford pets, Thank you Helen!

I have been to almost all of their locations and the service is always outstanding. They carry Sweet Meadow hay; it's the hay my guinea pigs like best. I highly recommend Rumford Pet Express. Along with excellent service their prices are competitive. Shop local!!
