Don’t bring your pet here if they have asthma. They refuse to treat my cat for anything because they don’t have the equipment to treat him if he has an attack while there. And they still charge you for the appointment.

I LOVE THEM!! we've always had pets but had trouble getting them seen, or vets giving us a hard time because we waited to get them seen or we just "didn't know what we were talking about" and no one wanted to educate us. Once we started here..We've gone back every time. They're understanding, knowledgeable, genuinely kind and amazing with the animals. Even my more "mean" cat they handled with grace. I can't say enough nice things honestly. It's a great place to bring your pets and trust in Rumford animal hospitals care🖤

I have brought my pets to these kindly folks for more than a decade. They are helpful and understanding. I don't know what we would do without them. My pug was a patient of theirs all 12 years of his happy life. My cat went to a few different veterinarians before this office but once he started with this practice, I never wanted to bring him anywhere else. He's 17 and going strong, partly thanks to Rumford Animal Hospital.

I will give them three stars because according to the technician my papa / 38 (bully breed bulldog) My baby got hit by a car, under the care of a friend. At least I thought. I was lied to she told me that he died. so I mourn cry for a week then I decide I'd like to know who tried to save him and have proper burial. And sure enough they met Papa they saved papa/38. I think them highly. That's their job, but it is also their job to make sure that they don't end up in the wrong hands or unrightful homeowners. He was a birthday present for my best friend her cousin passed away and the dog that belonged to him had two puppies. She gave me one to me no matter how many people begged for him because he is beautiful. He was my best friend, he was my son's, brother, and I still haven't found my dog

Staff made us and our beloved Pup feel comfortable and safe. They made a very sad day much easier. Thank you all.
