Cynthia was so accommodating letting us bring our dog Leo in early and picking him up late. She is gentle and kind, and it was evident that she loves what she does. The kennels were perfectly clean and she took Leo out at multiple times for walks. Cynthia lives in a beautiful area so our pup had a very nice day. She provided doggie snacks after getting our approval. She watched Leo while we hiked in Many Glacier area and sent us photos! I highly recommend her and Ruffy Inn!
I had a great experience with Ruffy Inn! Cynthia took excellent care of my golden retriever and was incredibly kind and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which made things so much easier. The kennel was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the regular photo updates and the extra care—like taking her on walks. My pup came home happy and well cared for. Highly recommend Ruffy Inn for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their dog!
Our baby got excellent care at Ruffy Inn. We had her there for about 12 hours while we hiked Iceberg Trail in Glacier NP. Cynthia was great sending pics and texts. Great communication setting up her stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Very Affordable. Very clean kennels. Thanks Cynthia!!! Vicki Rigsby
We had a great experience using the Ruffy Inn in East Glacier. We really like that Cynthia only keeps four dogs at a time and felt like our dog got plenty of attention and care. Kennels were very clean and up to date. We received pictures of our dog out on walks and enjoying the area. This whole experience was perfect in that it allowed us some time to fully explore Glacier NP. Would absolutely 1000% recommend the Ruffy Inn and would definitely use Cynthia again to take care of our dog. Six stars out of five.
Our husky stayed a couple of nights and had a great experience! Cynthia is super responsive and flexible and sent us updates while we were hiking in the park. Our dog was happy and calm when we picked her up, which means she was well taken care of.
