My Boxer gets a bath and nail trim at Rufflections and my Shih-Tzu gets the same and a hair cut. They are always perfect when I pick them up and so excited when I ask them if they’re ready to see their girls at Rufflections. It’s harder to cut my Shih-Tzu’s hair because she’s always licking, but they always do such a fantastic job.

Wish I could give no stars. Okay, I took my great uncle's dog here many times, I began to realize that after her groom when I got her home she would still be really dirty on her skin. Like pieces of brown something and hair and I don't really know. I just know I had to bathe her again everytime he wanted her groomed. (Yorkie) Long story short they weren't REALLY bathing her. They were using dry shampoo or spray to make her smell decent.... Not good, decent. But also cut her moles every time and her nails into quicks... She would come back half shaved and bloody and so happy to be leaving this place. I honestly think they are cruel to the animals here. Not no matter you can't say your grooming a dog and give it back dirty... Do not recommend whatsoever. Save yourself the bullshit and just d

First time visit for grooming. Staff was very friendly and listened to my trimming request. Bottom line . . . my mini- goldendoodle looked adorable after her appt.
