Ruffined Pet Wellness Club has been an absolute blessing for our family since they opened in October 2025! Our dog Bentley attends daycare twice a week and recently spent six days boarding there while we were out of town. Every time we pull up, he can hardly contain his excitement—he adores the friendly, interactive staff, the wide mix of playmates (big and small), and especially the waterpark and enrichment activities. It’s easy to tell how much thought and care goes into every part of his day, and the team clearly loves what they do. What really sets Ruffined apart is their professionalism and attention to detail. We get regular updates and photos whenever Bentley boards, plus a daily report card after daycare that highlights his activities, behavior, and any helpful notes about his hea
From floor to ceiling Ruffined exudes excellent and luxury. From the time you walk through the door, meet the staff (concierge), tour, and leave you know that your four legged family member will not want to leave when it’s time to go home! If you are lucky enough to meet the owners and the people behind this incredible establishment, you will understand how every detail and dedication at world class level was created.
I am so very pleased with the overall experience with Ruffined. They shared photos of there day every day. The activities that the dogs participated in was always something different to heighten their other senses like smells, memory, taste, and exercise. And the best part was they got a good night store time and cuddles before bed. And also the live camera feed for the VIP boarding was an amazing touch. You honestly do pay for what you get. This was an amazing experience and opportunity and they will be going here for day care and future boardings. Provided a photo of my girls in there room. They love snuggling together so I’m glad they were together. PS this is during the night time, day time the room is very bright and cute also has a TV that my girls do partake in.
