Extremely disappointed. I made two appointments and drove 40 minutes both times. The first time, the business was closed. The second time, I was told by a child that she was sick and canceling. I was never contacted to cancel or reschedule, and finding out only after arriving was incredibly frustrating. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional.

I was initially skeptical about trying a new groomer since we're only in town for the summer, but after seeing all the great reviews, I decided to give it a shot—and I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love the owner and the way she takes care of my dog, Ribbon. Her haircut and bath turned out perfectly, and you can really tell she’s in caring, professional hands. Highly recommend!

Today was our first appointment, certainly won't be our last!! Our 3 year old cockapoo was all shaggy and had some unwanted guests crawling on him. After a great cut, bath and TLC hour Dash is happy and no longer itchy. Will proudly continue to support this local business.
