Ruff Life Pet Hotel

I brought my dog Milo here for the first time to get groomed. His first ever grooming experience didn’t go as anticipated, so I did a lot of research and crossed paths with Ruff Life. They were so understanding about his first time experience and were willing to go at his pace which put my mind at ease. Katja went above and beyond making sure I knew he was in great hands and his grooming turned out amazing! I will be recommending her to others. We will definitely be back and continue using their services!

My Wife and I brought our dog Milo here. He was treated with not only amazing service but extraordinary care. For being a puppy he will have to get use to the whole grooming thing but with routine the time will come. The team and groomer understand this was only his second time doing this and made sure to accommodate for his reaction. They ended up being able to do the entire grooming package and even gave us a heads up they were on their last stage of what needed to be done. We arrived in time and little man came out all stud like and smelling fresh. Thanks again to the amazing staff, we shall be back!

We took our poodle here to get groomed. The staff was very kind but once we got home we noticed our poodle was having trouble keeping her eyes open. Her eyes were very red and it looks like she got nicked right under her eye. I get that things like that can happen I just would like to be informed before leaving rather than finding it on my own.

This is a great place! To work and to board your dogs! the dogs health and safety comes first while also making sure the employees remain safe. Every dog is treated like our own and we always make sure to keep them clean and happy as possible

My dog, Luna, recently stayed at Ruff Life for a week. It was so hard leaving her! When I returned from my trip, it was apparent I had no reason to be worried, she was in great hands! Highly recommend these talented, hardworking, animal lovers!! Thank you!!!
