These wonderful ladies are absolutely amazing And you can tell that they love what they do! Gus absolutely LOVES going there every month. The amount of love and attention they show him is incredible. They truly treat him like he’s one of their own. Dogs spend a lot of their time at home waiting for their families to get back, so getting to go somewhere special where they’re pampered, loved on, and doted over is such a big deal for them. Extremely disappointed in the service that I received from you guys today, 05/12/2025. Beau has been to Ruff & Fluff about five times now. You guys always do an amazing job with him. He receives a de-shed, bath, and sanitary trim. Since he is a corgi, I’ve been told that you guys trim his belly as well, whenever I call to make his appointment. This total comes to $85.00 plus I always leave a 20% tip. When I went to pick him up today, he seemed more scared than usual. Also the person who brought him out was rude. Had her headphones in and didn’t say anything. As you can see in the pictures, Beau was bleeding when we picked him up. They cut his nails, which I know mistakes happen. I cried the entire drive home after picking up my pup!! I haven't been able to find a groomer in the 4 years I've had him, that has even tried to work with him. He's a rescue and HAD groomer trauma. I've had to take him to his vet and have him put to sleep in order to groom him, cut his nails or gland cleaning. Today on the recommendation of my Uncle, Sudz went to his first and hands down best grooming EVER!! McKenzie was BEYOND AMAZING and worked so well with him that he didn't have to be muzzled 😭😭 THATS NEVER HAPPENED EVER!! I IMMEDIATELY scheduled his next appointment upon seeing him! I have a Maltese and am very particular about how he’s groomed. I’ve struggled to find someone who could cut him just right, until now! I’m so impressed with how he turned out and will only be bringing him here from now on. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing place! Love the staff and my dogs love coming here! I recommend this salon to absolutely anyone!
