Caitlyn is so thorough and caring with my babies; one is a bit spicey, but she has been won over at Ruff Cuts and let's herself be handled and nails trimmed. But the best is Barney, a good old boy with a spinal injury. Caitlyn supports him as she should in all steps of grooming and he is a gentle guest. He does have a double coat and regular grooms help with that. If he gets tired, Caitlyn knows to just finish up. Better not to fatigued and she just loves all her guests!! Don't worry. I was looking for a good dog groomer everybody kept telling me to go here so I went Saturday November 8th and they took very good care of my two babies cash and June bug they come out looking amazing and happy I truly believe the young lady cares for the animals because my two had never met her and they didn't growl or nothing they run right up to her as if they had known her and that made me feel good again she done a great job I recommend her to everyone

Caitlin is amazing My dog hates being groomed due to his allergies and She is so patient with him. We couldn't have asked for a better groomer. Her prices are amazing. She is worth every penny.
