Not good. She hacked my dog. Even her whiskers. Cut all but half of 2 whiskers. Shaved her down to her skin. Was very hopeful because she got us in last minute but do yourself a favor and give your money to someone else. Good name for the place.

I repeatedly been trying to give them a call in order to schedule an appointment. I can’t get a call back. Their mailbox is completely full and apparently they’re not even answering their phone anymore. You’re not gonna gain any new customers that you can’t even be bothered to answer the phone during business hours

I have been bringing my Samoyed to Ruff Cutts since I got him almost a year and a half ago. They do a fabulous job and he loves going there. I've had him shaved in the summer (always looks great) and in the colder months he goes once a month to get bathed, brushed and etc... The ladies are always attentive to him and patient with me and my schedule.

Took my female akita, she went in a little nervous but came out so happy and when I walked in she seemed to be having a great time. The price was wonderful for everything I had done, I'll definitely be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my dog there regularly and the last time I took her she hid for two weeks. I'm pretty confident that she was hit there. I called several times to talk to the owner and my call was never returned. I now go to Paws n Claws in Denton and she wags her tail going in and coming out!
