Ruff-Alo Doggie Spa

This was our 1st visit to Ruff-alo. As we walked in the Groomer Katrina instantly recognized our dog Tasha from a previous location and we were welcomed with open arms and our Tasha felt instantly at ease as well as us leaving her with a familiar Groomer. The facility smelled great! When finished and we were picking her up Katrina nailed it for what we were looking for!! Our Tasha was excited and looked great!! Definitely found a place to come back too!!

This was my first experience with this groomer and they were great! My mini schnauzer is new to grooming and was nervous when we walked in. But Lindsey was fantastic! She did a great job with his groom and he smells amazing! She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and the communication was great. We will definitely be going back!

I recently adopted a 4yr old Yorkie so I had no clue what grooming entailed just that I needed to take my new dog to get it. Lindsey was so incredibly kind to me and explained everything about the appointment but also what my future options could be as well. She was also cool friendly that I had no problem leaving my dog in her care. I missed the pick up text so she had to call me but was so kind to not make me feel bad or embarrassed to have missed the text. I will be going back again and again!

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I couldn’t be happier with the grooming service my dog received! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about animals. My pup can be a bit anxious, but they handled him with so much care and patience—it really put both of us at ease. He came out looking (and smelling!) amazing—his coat is soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed. They even took the time to clean his ears and trim his nails, which not all groomers do without being asked. I also appreciated the thorough communication before and after the appointment. They asked about my preferences, any sensitivities, and gave great feedback when I picked him up. It’s clear they treat every pet like their own.
