Had a great experience as a first timer here! My dog is a German Shepard and Husky Mix and had never been bathed outside of the house before since she has really bad anxiety. We got to reserve a spot ahead of time, and all the supplies were ready to go when we got there so we had a very pleasant time even with my dog's anxiety. Definitely recommend and am going to bring my girl back for her next wash!

We’ve been bringing our Maltipoo and Corgi here for about two years now and we have not had any issues. The pricing is fair, it’s easy to book an appointment and the staff is so kind with our dogs. My maltipoo has a yeast allergy right now and Ruby’s team informed me. It’s so nice to have such caring people that show genuine concern for your pet! Also super important: THEY HAVE AC FOR THE DOGS!!! Especially in this California heat it’s important that they have good conditions for the doggos. Thanks again Ruby and the team for always giving good care to our senior dogs.

A truly underrated gem! Simple setup but incredibly effective. Jenny gave my poodle mix one of the best cuts he's ever had - we couldn't be happier! Very attentive and kind stuff members.

Self Service bath stations are great! I haven’t had the extra money to take my girl for spa days, and when I saw this new place offered self-service baths, I immediately booked an appointment. When I went for our appointment, the lady working was extremely helpful and gave me a little tour of the baths and everything I would need to wash and dry my dog, which is included and was already there ready for me to use. Such a great idea! And I will definitely be back! Thanks again!

very sweet and kind workers! no need for appointments thankfully since i came in with my two dogs unannounced haha! very pleased with the results my babies smell so good now and are very soft!
