Ruby Clippers Pet Grooming and Photo Studio

My neighbor recommended this place. I have used one other groomer and he came directly to my house. I was really worried about leaving my baby in the care of strangers. However, from the moment I entered, the receptionist eased my mind. She was caring, personable and knowlegeable. The staff seemed friendly. They were smiling as they worked on the dogs. Lastly, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Ruby Clippers for your pet.

I brought my dog here for the first time last week. My roommate brings his dogs here so I figured why not. The girls at the front were very nice. My dog is not the best with strangers or people touching her feet. They were able to cut her nails, express her butt and she smelled great! They are awesome and highly recommend!!!

OMG.... I've been going to Ruby Clippers for over 10 plus years now and recently they have new owners by the name of Connie. What Connie and her team has done to this spa is absolutely amazing . Full makeover and absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean and they even have a cute waiting area for you to take pictures. They went above and beyond with total renovation and Connie and her team are extremely kind and caring and most importantly... Just as Beautiful as the Spa ! Gigi and I can't thank you enough for giving me the love and the comfort every pet owner needs to experience.

I highly recommend Ruby Clippers as your personal furry friend groomer for life. They’re very caring. I felt safe to leave my baby in their care. The location is very clean it smells so nice in there. The staff are very educated and informative. I love that about them!!! Hands down the best!!!

****UPDATE**** March 21st, 2024 I honestly had to gain my composure before writing this review, but you will soon understand my extreme anger, disappointment, and frustration with this business. My cat, Winifred (Winnie), is a regular here. This was her fourth or fifth grooming and have not had any major concerns… until today. She is a long haired Rag doll and gets matted occasionally on her under side, so I opt for a Lions cut. I happily and trustingly brought her in today for her 9am appointment. I called at 1:52pm to check on her and was advised I could come and pick her up. Both times I was greeted by the gentleman that answers the phone line and greets you at the front desk. All he said was “Winifred was very good today and she looks adorable with her haircut”. She was passed to me a
