I have to say that bringing my 4 month old Shih Tzu, Cleo, to Aaron at Royalty Pet Spa was the best decision I could have made for her. Aaron is absolutely the most talented Shih Tzu groomer I have ever found. Cleo was so happy too. Aaron is so kind and loving to my puppy. I highly recommend him and Royalty Pet Spa to anyone.

Royalty Pet Spa always treats my fur babies like royalty. I’m a high maintenance client and April never ceases to amaze me with her patience and skill when it comes to my 3 doodles. She is literally the doodle goddess and each employee treats my pups like their own. We’ve been taking our doodles for a year now and each time we feel more like royalty family. Highly recommend Royalty Pet Spa especially April and entrusting her with your doodles. But any breed will do! You will not be disappointed.

I am so glad I found April at Royalty Pet Spa. My pup has separation anxiety and is usually really nervous to be at the groomers, but April has been patient with her and Elvira has started getting better at her drop offs. I am always soo happy to see how cute she looks with her haircut when I pick her up, usually she’s wearing a really cute holiday/season themed bandana around her neck too. It’s adorable! I live across town, but the drive is worth it to get Elvira groomed by April. Thank you April for being patient with our little Elvira and taking such good care of her!

DO NOT GO HERE. I normally don’t leave bad reviews for any business establishment but this one needs a wake up call that they can’t talk to their customers in the way they do. Terrible management with awful customer service. They get very passive aggressive and rude with their customers without any regard for customer satisfaction. It's not cheap either (usually I pay $200). My groomer was great but the person I have to speak with to make my appointments is awful. Specifically, April, was very rude and made me uncomfortable going back here. Lost a customer and a big referral base all because of her nasty attitude. And when I told her she has a bad attitude her response was “we talk to all our customers this way and no one else has complained”, yeah ok good for you. No one can get a word in

We love Royalty Pet Spa! We have been seeing April for years and we absolutely love her. She does a phenomenal job with my yorkie-mix Lulu, and everyone else who works there is extremely friendly!
