Royal Oak Dog Grooming

Anna is an absolute godsend! She handles both of my large, fussy dogs with grace and patience. She's very communicative about their care and condition. My pyr especially is prone to matting, so if I go a little too long between trips she often needs to be spot-shaved; Anna is great about identifying what can be brushed out vs. what should be shaved for the dog's comfort, and always takes care to make sure they look as cute and clean as possible. She always helps me assess how I might better care for my animals, and has never spoken to me with judgement or disdain. My dogs are beyond precious to me, so it's difficult to trust them to a groomer. Anna has more than earned my trust, and I wouldn't take my dogs to anyone else.

This was my first time at this facility and it was gorgeous! Staff and managers were all extremely friendly and helpful and answered any and all questions i had. Our groomer was Anna and she was so accommodating and attentive; i let Zero go way too long without service. He was so happy when i got him back, he didn’t wanna leave his friend! All of his matting and overdue coat was cleared out, i could tell he felt like a million bucks! Thank you Anna for always making my babies feel like your babies while they are in your care!🤍

This is our first time at Royal Oak, but not our first time with our groomer Anna. This facility is absolutely stunning. Everything is clean and well kept. All the girls that I interacted with were super sweet. My senior dog is really iffy about people so when we find someone who works for us, we stick with them. With that being said, we will follow Anna to the ends of the earth for her kind and caring attitude and service. My dog absolutely loves her. And she hates everything.

Royal Oak Grooming did such an amazing job with my baby! This was my first time ever getting my dog’s nails painted, and I am beyond happy with how they turned out. She looks so pretty, and they were so gentle and patient with her. The staff was professional, kind, and made us both feel comfortable. You can tell they really care about the dogs they work with. I would definitely recommend Royal Oak to anyone looking for quality grooming services. We will absolutely be coming back! 💕

Wow... what can I say? Probably the single worst grooming we have ever gotten our dog. Hair was uneven throughout. Close cuts here and there, untouched areas elsewhere. I was told she got a bath, but that is VERY unlikely. None of the cut hair was removed, causing hair to get everywhere on pick up. She smelled like outside still, unlike every other place that actually gave her a bath... oh, and there was still fecal residue around her posterior, the whole reason we brought her in the first place. $69?!?! For what I could have done with a $15 set of clippers?? Crazy... Good News is, hair grows back. Bad News is, I have to bathe her myself anyway. We brought her here because of the good reviews, so take mine for what you will. But this is atrocious for almost $70. Not sure what their stand
