Royal Farewells - At Home Pet Euthanasia

Dr. Fasano came to my home and with so much caring and compassion was able to help my almost 14 year old sweet girl Nala cross the rainbow bridge, while she was in my lap where she was most comfortable, with her younger brother Chase at our side. He made her passing calm and peaceful. I wouldn’t want to have done it any other way. Dr. Fasano helped to make sure to answer any questions along the way and ensure that we did everything to be sure that Chase was also able to process Nala’s passing. —————————— This morning, sweet Nala — my heart dog — passed away peacefully in my lap at home, just shy of 14 years old. When being a pet parent, there comes a time when you may need to make one of the hardest decisions. Last night was that day for us. I had read about Royal Farewell and had them saved because I knew someday, THIS day would come. We texted Dr Fasano 1st thing in this morning. He responded quickly via text, then with a call a little while later. We explained that we came to the decision to put our almost 20 year old best Buddy to peace. We couldn't wait all day for the inevitable, it was tearing our hearts apart. He was able to rearrange a few things and got to us sooner than later. Losing a dog is heartbreaking in every way, but being able to have Cookie peacefully put to rest in our home surrounded by her family, brought us great comfort. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Fasano and his respectful and compassionate demeanor which truly honored Cookie in her final moments. Our beloved Cooper, a sweet and loyal companion of 15-1/2 years, was struggling in his final days, and we knew it was time to say goodbye. From the moment Dr. Fasano and his assistant arrived, we felt comforted by their calming presence. They were kind, patient, and gave us all the time we needed to process our grief and say our goodbyes. Dr. Fasano explained everything in a gentle way, which helped ease our minds during such an emotional moment. We were also so touched that they took time to look at photos and videos of Cooper when he was younger which we played on our TV. After Cooper passed, we were amazed by the sudden shift in energy.
