Ordered a cage sent to Michigan delivered March 5 2026. Was Charged $40 shipping. Cage came missing pieces in a destroyed box... When I say missing pieces it was missing the main door. That left a gap so my animals could escape. Contacted Amazon... They said they would contact the seller for me but I took it upon myself to Google the company from Amazon and found this page. My wife is NOT Happy with getting bent over

WARNING WARNING WARNING This company is a joke!!! I ordered 2 XL cages for my macaws on Amazon !!! Come to find out they are deceiving says XL for macaws and big enough for a conure or smaller parrot. Measurements advertised is 35.5”x 29”x 65” … when in realty the is the seed catcher . Actual size is 28”x 22”x 48 “ not big enough for any macaw I cockatoo bird or XL They wanted picture of me measuring, I said I packed it up, they wanted pictures of missing bolts and L bar and the bird seed catch that was dented and bent . So they said I have to unpack it and spread pieces out and send pictures. I said I had back surgery and won’t unpack for useless pictures. They refused to do anything unless they had pictures … so in pain I unpacked it took all the pictures to show how I measured the cage

I bought a XXX large cage from them and saved an astronomical amount of money. I think it is well worth it compared to pet stores and other online entities. I’m very happy with my purchase and it holds my bird quite well and I think that she is very happy with lots of room. She’s climbs all over inside and when she comes out. Thank you I will be buying from them again in the future.

I had birdcages from now only have had a few months and has fallen apart and this company will not replace anything and make you pay for it and it’s not your fault is due to the defective product but they want to make the consumer 100% responsible for it buyers beware of this particular cage

I got a new bird, a macaw and he needed an XL cage. I looked on Amazon and found a cage that was perfect. I ordered it on October 19, 2024, #4701052. It came in 3 different boxes. The boxes were filled with tape giving the assumption that these 3 boxes have been shipped multiple times. I opened the smallest box first as it contained all of the accessories. All the screws, nuts, bolts, wheels ... etc .... were all thrown together in one baggie. The first thing I did was count the number of each screw (there were 4 different sizes) and I compared it to the number needed to put the cage together. I found that it was missing 1/3 of the screws. I immediately called Amazon. They advised me that it was a 3rd party seller and that I needed to contact Rowland Direct Wholesale. I called them 4 diffe
