ROVER VALLEY NATURAL PET

Well I've been going to them since they were over here off of Phoenix probably around the early part of 2019. But no more and I'll tell you why. I just found out from I don't know if she's the owner or who she is that she has priority weekend customers. and I'm not included. And I just found that out a couple days ago from the lady we had words with I don't know if she's the owner or not she's the one that's always sitting on the couch when you come in, The not so heavy set one. That they do have priority weekends. I've been going to her since 2019 and I told her over a year ago that I can only come on Saturday because of my job. But she failed to tell me that there was a priority list, until recently. And she stated that other customers have priority over me and are more important. Yes sh

They did an amazing job on my little guy! He was finished in just over an hour so no being cooped up in a crate for hours. His cut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and so kind to my pup. I would highly recommend them! We will be regular customers.

Kris and the other ladies at Rover Valley are wonderful and they take such good care of my little pups. They are definitely the best in Ft. Smith!!

These ladies are so patient, kind, and talented. They’re willing to work with the unique needs of all three of my dogs. I found them after having a hard time with a louder busier groomer that made my dogs nervous.

Absolutely love the diy tub. Made giving my two dogs a bath so much easier. And the staff were so friendly
