Highly recommend Dr. Cat and the team at Rover the Rhine for your pet's health care. Dr. Cat is thorough, compassionate, and intelligent. Our dog gets very anxious at the vet, but she and the team always handle him with grace and compassion, expertly delivering the care he needs despite his behavioral issues.

Dr. Cat and her team have always been honest, upfront and fair with my wife and me. We have a dog Lexie who has had cancer for a while. There has not been a point that I have felt like they were putting their interest in front of ours. I am very difficult to please, So this says a lot about them.

Dr. Catt is great but Lauren, who is running reception, is an absolute nightmare. I called her a month ago for a prescription for my cats and mentioned it was an emergency circumstance. I called at the top of the morning and then THREE times that day to confirm the prescription was being sent. I asked her to return a call when it was approved and she never did. Because of this my cat had a bad accident on my flight. I called again this week and she presumed it was never called in and agreed to call into a new pharmacy now that I have moved. I had to play phone tag for 3 days of calling multiple times a day plus a lengthy voice message before she ever called it in. Prepare to read. I’ve been taking my cat here since I got her 2 years ago. I’ve since moved and this is now 30 minutes away. When I first came, I raved about this place. Dr. Kat is always professional, addresses concerns, and talks in a way that’s easily understood(+) I don’t really like how they keep you in a small room while your pet gets taken elsewhere, but I understand the reasoning behind it. As for the front desk team, when I started, I believe Deja was the name of the person I interacted with. She was warm, knew what she was doing, and even spoke to my cat directly upon arrival and departure.(+) I believe Alex is who I spoke with today. I could not be more thankful and appreciative for the kind and caring services provided to my cat. She suffered a medical emergency that needed immediate surgery, and Rover the Rhine were able to accommodate us same-day. They were patient, understanding, and were incredibly reassuring and transparent with everything. The folks here are absolute lifesavers!
