Customer Reviews
This veterinary team is truly exceptional. During one of the hardest emergencies we’ve ever faced, every single person treated us—and our beloved dog—with incredible grace, compassion, and respect. They took the time to guide us through each step, explained everything clearly, and made sure we never felt alone or rushed. Their kindness went far beyond medical care. In our moment of heartbreak, they offered genuine support, patience, and empathy when we needed it most. While we lost our best friend, we will always be grateful for the dignity, love, and care they showed him—and us—until the very end. Thank you for going above and beyond in the moments that matter most. We will never forget your compassion.
My husky has been bleeding from the nose for about a day off and on with the last set of it lasting. I called here and asked about taking him in. They said it could be about an hour and a half or a littlenlonger depending on what comes in. We get their at 5:39 pm and they triage him and said "yeah the doctor absolutly wants to see him. As soon as a room open up, we'll put him in one." He kept sneezing blood all over the area we were in, we cleaned up it. After about 3 hours and 25 minutes, I asked how long they think it might be. The lady upfront said "we're looking at over 10 hours right now." They had three rooms open at this time. We decided to leave, as I'm not sure how they expect my kid and dog to hang out in a lobby for overnight for more than 13 hours. I assumed it wasn't as serio
(Feb 13, 2026) We had to come in to address some popped sutures and bleeding on my older male dog who had to have a tail amputation 2 days previously. Those people are angels. Yes we waited but my dog was NOT in significant distress. There were several heartbreaking cases that came in and were treated (understandably) but, we still got to be seen within 4 hours. The vet came in the room and immediately stapled up his wound, got us some additional much-needed meds and even figured out how to surgically dress it in such a way that is currently keeping it free from debris. Even my original vet didn't do that. Thank you so very much. Your kindness and swiftness helped our dog to a speedier recovery. Although you never want to find yourself at an emergency vet, aim for this one, if you do.
Worst Vet ever !!! Took my dog Moose Tuesday night (2/25/2026) around 10:30pm he got attacked by a coyote. They seen him pretty quick they were waiting for us already we do appreciate it that. Once we went to the room we explain what had happened they took him automatically to the back to check him out, didn’t get in update of him for about 30min. When they finally decided to let us know what was happening they told us he was beat up pretty bad and he needed to be patched up!! Keep in mind his wounds are pretty big and deep and they told me they weren’t going to be able to CLOSE THEM UP!!they can only patch Do to there prices we couldn’t proceed with that first option it was about $6000 for him to be Patched up with a 50% that he wouldn’t make it!! We told them we weren’t able to do that
I had a great experience. Maybe because I knew going into it that it was going to be expensive. But they sent me home with so much compared to Roadrunner emergency care and saved me over $2000. So all in all I was extremely happy and I will happily go back. I'm hoping they are able to get more cpma shots so I don't have to go elsewhere. They treated my entire litter with great care and they were very nice the entire time!!!
