My Delta girl decided to show her Labrador genes and eat something she shouldn’t have and I immediately panicked! As soon as I called and explained the situation they immediately told me to bring her in. When I got there they got me straight to a room and started her care. The staff was so kind and gentle with her and very considerate that I had just rescued her from the pound 3 weeks ago and she was still shy. So thankful for them and taking the time to save my girl! Now Delta is regretting her decisions and recovering just fine🤣💜

Our family would like to thank everyone we met at Route 50 Veterinary Care. From the front desk till we left everyone was professional and caring. Jill was our family. That was a very hard decision for us to make as we didn't want to lose her, yet knew we couldn't let her suffer.

We recently lost our beloved dog, Mrs. Aurora. She lived an amazing life for nearly 13-years and was the best friend any could ever ask for. Recently, Mrs. Aurora was very sick and at the end of her journey. We are blessed and extremely thankful to have such passionate, professional, and caring people who work at Route 50 Veterinary Care. I’ve been bringing my dog since they opened this practice. Very pleased with treatments- great Vet and super nice support staff.

I recently took a litter of 8 puppies in for their 1st vaccines. The vet weighed and examined them like she was ringing up my groceries. She was only in the room for 20 minutes top. When I asked a question she said I could google it???Then the techs came in gave the puppies vaccines. I asked the techs questions and they had to keep leaving to go ask the vet. I don't understand why she couldn't take the time to answer my questions. Eventually I just asked for a print out for info on the issues, which was provided. The fecal test they said they would call me with results. It took longer to check me out than it did for the whole puppy process. I had to call for the results of the fecal and felt like they forgot to do it and just gave me an answer that they were positive for round worms. I t
