Round Valley Animal Rescue

We were lucky to get Spencer from round valley animal rescue. Marlin was an amazing help making sure we got paired with a dog that would fit our home. Visit this shelter if you're looking to adopt or go to their thrift store in springerville to support the shelter!

I was able to get my new pup (Chase) used to my dog (Dash) before I adopted him. He is doing great and both dogs are friends now.

I barely have words to describe my gratitude for Marlin. We have a Mama cat and 2 babies that were dumped in our yard and after calling at least 10 different resources to ask for help we were getting this message every time….“well maybe try another organization and see if they can help” we would call that place and it was the same answer. We realize it is due to lack on resources that organizations can’t help but still frustrating and sad…BUT I finally got Marlon. He was ACTUALLY able to help. He is our hero of the century!!!! I had volunteered for RVAR when it was in its infancy and experienced many growing pains, and I truly believe this is an organization with goals for the betterment of our community. Most recently, I had come across some abandoned cats in my community. They were still very young and incredibly friendly, and they seemed very confused and upset about being outside. I only managed to grab one of them and set her up a temporary shelter, and so I reached out to RVAR to see if they had room for her. Unfortunately I am already at capacity when it comes to pets, and I was greatly hoping they would have the space. When I called during business hours they were very helpful. Round Valley Animal Rescue is a humane, no-kill shelter truly dedicated to the welfare of the animals it protects. We adopted a dog there and had a positive, rewarding experience. Our dog is the light of our lives. Thank you to all the good people who do this work at Round Valley!
