Rootstown Veterinary Hospital

We had been wanting to switch vets for quite a while, and we are so thankful we found Rootstown Vet Hospital. Dr Kayleen and the staff have been such a blessing to our family. We have had pretty much non stop health issues with our cats for the last year and they have taken such good care of us, really going above and beyond. I cannot recommend this practice enough. They really genuinely care about their patients here (both animals and their owners) and it really shows. If you are considering switching, I would highly recommend Rootstown Vet!

We are very grateful to have found this practice for our fur babies! Everyone has been very kind during our first visit. Dr. Amport was awesome with our little boy, Archie, and made him feel comfortable during his first year exam.

Been taking my dog there for a bit, used to take her elsewhere but this place is much better. My dog get super nervous easily and isn't the easiest to work with, but they were completely amazing and professional with her. The staff is also super kind overall and really thorough in making sure I'm informed about my dogs care. Connor especially has been amazing and kind. Definitely recommend this place

I have not been coming to this practice long, but so far, all my interactions with the staff and Dr. Emily have been incredibly positive. I really felt like the doctor took a lot of time to answer my questions and provide me with info in person and over the phone. The staff has been great as well and I appreciate that they have been transparent about pricing for all tests and visits ahead of time. Really happy to have found this office!

So ... i have always taken my babies to another vet . When we bought our home , that clinic was a bit far . I have two elderly pups . My sweet , absolute love of my life , Rosy , started to develop symptoms of not only her age , but other more critical things happening . She was struggling to breathe , her hearing was fading , and my once 'run like the wind' baby girl was struggling to walk . 🥺 I brought her to Rootstown Veterinary Clinic , not knowing if she would be treated like a 'dog' , or like my sweet baby girl . I was OVER THE MOON with the kindness , attention and LOVE she received from not only the vet tech , ashley i believe , but ALSO from the doctor .
