We had such a wonderful experience at Roots Veterinary Hospital! Our dog Lucy was actually their very first appointment on opening day, which made it extra special for us and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They took their time with Lucy, making sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It was clear how much they truly love animals. Lucy can sometimes be a little anxious, but she completely relaxed and even seemed to enjoy her visit! The clinic itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm environment for both pets and owners. You can tell a lot of heart went into creating this space. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Roots Veterinary Hospital. My dog is absolutely terrified of going to the vet—he shakes, gets anxious, and it’s usually a very stressful experience for both of us. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was so kind and patient. The doctor in particular was incredibly calming and gentle, which made such a difference. They took the time to really listen to all of my concerns without rushing, and I truly felt heard and understood. What stood out most was how compassionate and thoughtful they were with my dog. They moved at his pace, spoke softly, and handled him so gently that he actually started to relax—a first for us at any vet visit. It’s clear that they genuinely care, not just about the animals, but about the people who love them too.
