I brought my cat Louie in to get a horrible mat shaved off his back. Adrianna had him done in five minutes, and only wanted to charge me 5 bucks and even gave him a toy afterwards. PetSmart wanted a hundred dollars, and could only take him during the hours I’m at work. Great staff, great price, great experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I usually never leave reviews, and I actually debated for a few weeks about posting this, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I dropped off my small (around 10–20 lb) dog for a full grooming, something she has had done before at this same place with no issues. In the past, I was told she was very sweet and cooperative. This time, I received a message saying she was “not being cooperative” and “nipping,” so they were unable to complete the groom and only gave her a bath. To put this into perspective, her “nipping” is extremely mild it’s comparable to being smacked with a dry napkin. It is not aggressive behavior. I could understand hesitation if I had dropped off my 75-lb pitbull, but this was a very small dog. Please spare me the dramatics. Despite this, no attempt was

Very inexperienced, young kids , had no idea how to trim my cats nails or cut her hair , claimed they tried but couldn't, said she scratched one of them ,to which I highly doubted, because she is very mild tempered, then still charged us for their service. We definitely do not recommend. We chose Bubbles and Biscuits they had no problem whatsoever trimming her nails and giving her the cutest hair cut 😍

Adrianna and her team took such amazing care of our boy!! He is absolutely in love and so are we with the service. Great pricing and flexible scheduling. Thanks for treating my baby like one of your own! 😍
