We recently brought our new puppy to Romeo Veterinary Hospital for our first visit, and it was truly the best experience we could have hoped for. The staff was incredibly timely, welcoming, and so attentive—not just to our puppy, but also to our toddlers. They even brought in a 2-week-old puppy for the kids to gently pet, which absolutely made their day! The entire team was thorough in explaining the importance and health benefits of flea/tick prevention and vaccinations. I really appreciated their shared decision-making approach; they took the time to walk us through options without any judgment and genuinely respected our family’s philosophy and needs. I have been trying to find a Vet for my toy poodle for years. I am glad to say that we have finally found that place. Everyone from the front of the Vet to the back are extremely patient, compassionate, and understanding. The doctors listen. They don't rush. They answer questions. They make everyone feel comfortable. My dog is a senior poodle. She has been ill a couple of times this year. The doctors at Romeo Vetrinarian Hospitals were thr first doctors in awhile who didn't recommend putting my fur baby to sleep. Had we listened to other Vet doctors, my dog would have been euthanized over a year ago. I am happy to find this place. I just wish I would have found them sooner. It's good to be able to see any doctor at this pet hospital and get the same wonderful treatment. I would recomme

The entire experience was amazing and I felt so confident leaving my boy there to have surgery. The Doctors & Staff are all very compassionate and attentive to your situation. Our pets are family, and I truly believe he was treated with the utmost care. They followed up the next day after surgery as promised. Thank you all so much for taking care of my boy Jackson!

Exceptional Care!! Coco (dog) has been a patient at the Rochester location since 2020. Rochester was booked and so we visited the Romeo facility. The staff was amazing as usual and Dr. Haddock provided exceptional care. I suspected that Coco had a bout of pancreatitis, which was confirmed. What I did not expect was a rather large amount of matted hair in her rectum. Dr. Haddock removed it and said this is the reason she does a rectal exam. Gross as it maybe it exemplifies the level of care that is provided. She was very kind, listened and did not make me feel like I was overreacting for coming in.

Amazing with my cat, who normally hides around company. He really seemed to like each person who worked with him and was even semi-relaxed. I bet he felt like a king because everyone called him handsome, they were so gentle. He only hid when no one was paying him attention which was an easy fix. Definitely coming back.
