I have just got to get this off my chest. Don’t ever let these people euthanize your pet. My best friend of fourteen years was just put down by these people on Oct. 20th 2025. I have been so distraught I could not say anything until now. You think you are going to have them in your arms or you can at least pet them while they go away, No way. It takes too long and when they’re gone Dr. Heirman makes this horrible remark, that they’re gone because they were ready to go! What a terrible thing to say to a grieving client that has to say goodbye to their loved one. My cat was NOT ready to go and he was terrified by the way Dr. Heirman held him under her arm like he was a football while Allison stuck him with a needle from behind. I will always remember the look on his face before he died. Do

I had rescued 2 kitty's from the local area. Rolling understood the emergency of having a brother and sister come of age together. We scheduled boy first and the girl 2 weeks later so I could afford to cover both kitties with all the things they needed. There are also ppl in the community that will also help out if u are struggling with an emergency. With all the extra covid stuff going on trying to catch up, I just appreciated they leave a space open for emergencies. Thank you so much. No worries now. Kitties are full of energy and spunk. Great clinic. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and they truly care about your animals. My dog loves everyone there, which is a dead giveaway that they're good people.

I rescued a kitten from the middle of highway 12 yesterday. A very very sick kitten. The vet clinics around my area had no openings, even for an emergency visit. So I called these wonderful people and they told me to bring him in. They charged me only $35 for an emergency visit!!! Anywhere else in my area and it would have been $100-150 just to walk in the door! They were so kind and gentle with the poor scared baby. He got dewormed, flea treated, 3 cans of urgent care food, 3 bottles of medicine, and had fluids but in him. And it all cost less than it would have to just walk through the door of other places!

They took very good care of our puppies. They were prompt, listen to and answered our questions. I think we have found our new vet.
