tuesday we took our kitty for a neuter and while the actual procedure and price and everything were fine but the blonde girl who came out to do paper work when we dropped him off and picked him up was extremely unfriendly, she could not say goodmorning back to me even though i spoke directly to her, she continued to cut me off and speak over me both times we saw her, she did not give us much information and did not offer us a cone which we needed (still need). i get everyone has bad days and sometimes just don’t want to talk but we’re putting the safety of our animals in your care and if you can’t even say goodmorning or tell me how my cat did throughout the whole day you had him then how are you acting to our pets? just unfortunate, i felt super unwelcome and unwanted and we worried abou
