Its unfortunate I have to give at least one star here. I purchased a Shihpoo from these ppl and realized her paw pads are conjoined, all of them, and it's a birth defect usually caused by inbreeding. since I suspected this I reached out but had no reply, reported to the BBB etc. Still no reply. Had the pups DNA sent off and came back with surprising result. No inbreeding. But I guess that's less likely to happen when it's mixed with multiple things and by multiple I mean more than two. Her poodle parent was also Maltese and some other mix of breeds they couldn't pin point. So who knows what you will be paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for and if you run into an issue good luck getting a reply from this puppy mill.

Absolutely LOVE our fur baby and wouldn’t trade getting him but it’s so so sad to see how these dogs are treated. When you walk in the store it smells like straight up urine and poop. The lady working there is very rough with the puppies! All the bigger dogs had disgusting kennels. The puppy we chose was the oldest one there (5 almost 6 months) When she opened the kennel to get him out he ran to the corner and immediately started shaking and flinching. She just yanked him out in a very rough way. He was covered in dried poop and pee. His fur was all matted where he was probably never groomed. He looks like a completely different dog now! He was scared of grass so I don’t think he has ever been outside. In my opinion that is just a TERRIBLE way to treat these animals! I have seen animal she

It is a puppy mill, NO doubt. We bought a teacup Yorkie after recently moving here. Who turned out to be VERY sick. From bacteria infections from dirty water to kennel, cough, and pneumonia! I did contact them and provided all the documents from the vet. They told me they were only willing to take the dog back, but they would not pay for the medical bills, keep in mind. This was all within 15 days of purchasing her. There was no way in hell we were giving her back to them only to allow more mistreatment. She ended up only a few months later requiring surgery for Legs due to the infection and malnutrition that she had received. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this kennel, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reputable place to stay FAR away. The conditions for the puppies were heartbreaking—crowded, unclean, and clearly not a place where these dogs are cared for properly. The poor puppies seemed miserable, and to make it worse, they don’t even let you interact with them! What kind of place refuses to let people play with the puppies they claim to be socializing? To top it all off, the woman running the place was unbelievably rude. From the moment I walked in, she acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. She was short, dismissive, and downright nasty when I asked basic questions about the puppies’ health and living conditions. It was clear she had no real concern

Recently got a puppy from Rocky Valley and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I was able to give my baby a forever home and get her cage , food and new toys all in the same place. Callie is very knowledgeable and the customer service was unmatched. I have no complaints and I can’t recommend them enough.
