Great facilities and friendly personnel. Our dog visits often, and she gets very excited when we say to her, "wanna go to camp." They also provide excellent grooming services.
We have been using Rock Ridge for nearly a year now. The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. We get phone call reminders on our appointments, (which I love). Our dog seems comfortable going there which makes me comfortable leaving her there.
I laugh just writing this review because my son Bugaloo COMPLETELY adores this place and the people in it . He literally tries to jump out the car window when we reach the drive way . ( he knows the location now) They have become like a second family to him. I don’t let ANYONE else watch my dog. He always comes back happy , in good spirits and Ive never left here unsatisfied. I’ve been taking my son here for almost 3 years now … thank you for all your hard work and support!!
This is the best kennel I have ever used!! They have a stable staff, knowledgeable and attentive. My puppy is always excited and enjoy the chance at socializing with the other boarders. No separation anxiety whatsoever! That is a credit to the staff, owners and the facilities!
As always, my dogs were well cared for and enjoyed their stay at rock Ridge kennels
