I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this place was that bad. If you love your pet, do not bring it here. When I first arrived to drop off my dog, the groomer was in her vehicle, not tending to the animals already inside the shop. When I asked her how long it would be, she said it would be later in the day. I asked for an approximate time and was told definitely no later than 4. When I sent her a text around 4 asking if my dog was ready, she responded, but her response was pretty incoherent. I gathered from her response that my dog was still not ready. So, I drove to the shop & arrived at 4:40 which was 40 minutes longer than the time she said she would be done. When I arrived, she was outside in her car again! It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal had I not walked in to her shop befo
