Robinson Animal Hospital has been our family vet for decades. Dr. Keffer has become a vet that feels like family. She and the entire staff go above and beyond when you need it most. I refer them to everyone I know who’s looking for a vet that will treat your fur family as their own. They are honest, fair, and professional. You want to make sure your animals are in the best hands and there’s so many options out there, but I can say from years of experience at Robinson that you don’t need to look any further for the best.

Dr Keffer is the best! She has taken superb care of all of our pets over the past 15 years. She is knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and caring-everything you could hope to find in a vet. Great staff as well. Highly recommend!!

Have been nothing but caring for my pets. Doesn't try to make you pay for things not needed nor tell you your loved pet has to have something done when it doesn't. Love this place.

I will never ever go anywhere else, this is hands down the best vet in Pittsburgh. We’ve been taking our shih tzu here for some years now and we have a great experience every time. The staff are exceptional in every way— from reception to the vet professionals. They’re always kind, respectful, and I never get the feeling that they’re trying to squeeze me for every dollar. The doctor informed me that she saw a potential cancerous sore in her mouth. She was pretty confident it was cancer due to her illnesses and her age.
