⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Absolutely LOVE, and I mean LOVE this Vet Practice, Dr Robinson and all the sweet girls that are there to assist. Those girls do everything from opening doors for you to assisting the Dr and comforting our pets as well as their humans !! Dr Robinson SAVED MY Frenchie, Lola's LIFE, after my normal vet had sent us home TWICE saying she had gas, and another local vet who said she just had a stomach bug, when it was actually a very life threatening situation that required an urgent surgery in order to save her life ! Dr Robinson knew immediately what the issue was and when I tell you immediately, I mean immediately , she knew what the issue was as soon as I told her the symptoms. She rushed my girl to the back to give her IV fluids and other meds she desperately needed to stabilize

On 2 occasions I have needed emergency, after hour care and hospitalization for my adventurous puppy. Both situations were potentially life threatening but Dr Robinson and the entire staff swiftly assessed her needs and developed a care plan that was openly discussed and I felt I was part of the process. Tests results were reviewed far more thoroughly than they were for my human kids. Every cost is discussed upfront, before any thing is done. I received actual Dr calls twice a day to give me updates and any phone call I made was answered by a human and I was allowed to speak with the ICU nurse or her Dr at any time. They have a very comfortable visitation room where you can just go hold or talk to your pet while they are hospitalized there and they even have snacks for the wa

I wish I would have looked at the reviews more thoroughly before I brought my Chinchilla to this establishment because everything I have read on the 1 and 2 star reviews were exactly true in my experience. I was referred to Robinsons, which was an hour away, because our vet in Jacksonville was unavailable and I was told they know how to treat exotic pets. After being seen in the waiting room I was quoted around $3200 for an ultrasound, X-ray, bloodwork, hospital stay, and medication. This was an alarming amount for only testing but being desperate to save my beloved Chibi, I applied for the Care Credit they pulled up for me. After leaving her with them they requested to keep her for 2 full days and told me that I was still below my financial care plan so it wouldn't cost more. When I was

Robinson 24-Hour is one of the best emergency vet clinics we have been to. The atmosphere when you walk in, the staff, our consultation with Nurse Courtney and Dr. Robinson - all wonderful. My poor Chia got her eye clawed (accidentally) by her brother. Corneal puncture - thankfully did not get her iris at all. But she was hurting bad. I called about 4 “normal” vets in the area to see if she could get in as a walk in, all said no. I eventually called Robinson 24-Hour in tears. The tech on the phone was so kind, she told me to bring Chia right away, they would absolutely take care of her. They were transparent about the price of each service (it’s an emergency vet, do expect emergency prices). After some tests making sure her eye was still functioning okay, they sent us home with 7 days of m

Had to take my 13 year old pittbull to this veterinary hospital due to unexplained seizures. This was one of the most terrifying experience I have ever had to deal with. My Pitt had been part of my family for 11 years and we knew it was probably that time so when we took him to the vet we all pretty much knew he was dying. He was so weak and in so much pain. After speaking to the veterinarian we all agreed it was time to say goodbye. The vet tech came in and moved us to another room where our pet would be put down. Unfortunately the skinny young lady with dark black hair was in charge of bringing our pet into that room. I walked out to see where he was and she was pulling on his leash trying to make him stand up and walk. Mind you he had just stopped seizing after and over an hour of seizu
