Always a great experience. Robin and crew are friendly and give your pets a great grooming experience. I take all three of mine there.

I give 5 stars because I like the owner, like how our dogs are treated and the familiarity. However due to the price I cannot continue to justify bringing my dogs there. I have 4 schnauzers. You would think there would be a discount for bringing so much business on one trip. But no it is 80 bucks a pop for 4 dogs that weigh 15 pounds or less. The price increases over of the past 2 years have priced us out of being able to use you. It seems like it goes 5 bucks on every other trip. Instead I’m using someone who might not be as good but it’s almost 150 less a trip. I recommend this groomer and certainly might still use her at times but cannot afford this 6-7 times a year anymore.

I've been a client of Robyn and Casey for 2 years. They are AMAZING. They are wonderful with my tea golden retrievers and always groom them the way I like. I recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful groomer.

I took my dog in for our first groom at this location. I dropped him off at 8am, was told he would be ready by 2:30. I arrived at 2:30 to find him still in crate, unbathed and whining to go potty. I ask for him to be taken outside and when he would be groomed. I was told 5:30, I arrived at 5:30 to find he was just being bathed. The other groomer was going home, so Robin told the lady giving the baths to groom my dog. It became obvious that she did not know what she was doing. She cut my dog multiple times. Robin would not speak to us, she just continued to snatch fur out of a small poodle and her puppy. The puppies cries broke my heart. She was hurting them. It was almost 10pm before we left the shop. With a bleeding, scared, thirsty and hungry dog. Never again!! I would not

The last straw that ignited this post was when I dropped off my dog to be groomed and was given a pick up time of 3pm. I got there at 3:30 and was told they had not started grooming. My pup had been washed and was sitting wet in the back. They told me to come back in about 2 hours. The owner and her worker had dog on their tables they were working on. The owner would not even speak to me when I questioned why they gave me a time if they could not keep it or at least give me a call and I would not have driven over. When I said I would wait there they tried everything to get me to leave off why do t I go shopping. When I sat I. The chair up front they closed the back door and began talking about me. I want you to know I had used them about 8 times over about 2 years. The first time was great
