ROBIN'S NEST PET CARE & K9 TRAINING

If I could give Robin more than 5 stars I absolutely would. We rescued an 8 month old dog that was a complete mess; not socialized, not potty trained, never leashed and was such a nervous wreck that she was in constant flight or fight mode. She was aggressive towards my husband, bit him once and on several occasions tried again. Lola would not walk to go outside, had to carry outside to my backyard where she would army crawl around. After 5 days I called Robin and we have not looked back. We started out with a package that included 6 sessions and we could not believe the immediate changes we started to see in Lola. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Robin’s training program. Before enrolling, walking my dog was a nightmare, constant pulling, jumping on people, and just stressful overall. I actually dreaded taking him outside. Now our walks are enjoyable. He listens, stays calm around people, and I feel completely in control. The difference inside the house is just as noticeable, he’s disciplined, relaxed, and understands boundaries. This training didn’t just change my dog’s behavior, it changed my daily life. My rescue Buddy & I worked with Robin when we first adopted him. I still thank her in my head every time I walk him past a reactive dog. Buddy may look at the other dog, but he doesn’t react and continues past without any hesitation. Robin is patient and made training easy for both of us. Robin is the best dog trainer in Orange county, New York. She specializes in training reactive dogs. She doesn't just train the dog. She trains the owner on how to handle the dog in certain situations. She has trained all three of my Springer spaniels. I highly recommend her. She is patient, understanding and kind. Robbin had a reactive dog herself and understands a dog's body language and can steer you in the right direction with your pet. Robin has shown me that training a dog isn't a one-time thing. It's everyday and you have to keep up with it.
