I can’t say enough good things about Emily and Rome Away from Home! This was my first time leaving my dog with anyone besides family because I really never felt comfortable until now. Emily took care of my dog Logan for a full week, and I was beyond impressed with the love, attention, and care she gave him. From the moment we met, I knew Logan was in great hands. Emily is warm, professional, and clearly has a deep love for animals. Throughout the week, she kept me updated with photos and little notes about how Logan was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was obvious he was happy, relaxed, and enjoying his little vacation too! When I picked him up, he was his usual joyful self and clearly had built a bond with Emily. I had struggle with finding the right place to board my dog until I found Emily! I love her approach to meet and greet and how she makes sure my dog will fit in with her dog (besties now) and other dogs she may be hosting. I recently went on vacation and Haley stayed with Emily for a week. I got pics and updates that gave me so much peace of mind (and less guilt) while I was away. From potty times to feedings and also making new friends. Emily is a beautiful dog loving human and a 5 star professional. So fortunate to have found her!! Highly recommend.

We were lucky to have found Emily at Roam Away From Home to care for our dog Amber when needed. Emily is so thoughtful in her care of Amber. Caring for dogs is her true passion and you can even tell in her updates and photos from each visit. She brings out the best in them and it's apparent in the photos. It is heartwarming and comforting to know that our Amber is well cared for and for that we are so very grateful for Emily!

Emily is the best case scenario for when I travel. I feel so lucky to have found her! My Frenchie, Piggie, LOVES to stay with Emily and her pup, Tilly. I am a helicopter mom and don't trust my fur baby with many people. I 100% trust Emily. Emily keeps me updated throughout the day with photos and updates. I know Piggie is loved, as if he was Emily's own pup, when he is there.

Roam Away From Home is my go-to solution for my puppy, Crue! He really enjoys Emily! When I go on vacation or have to travel for work, Crue gets a little vacation too! I look forward to his time with Emily and other dog friends. I know that Emily will treat Crue like he were hers. I get timely pictures of Crue during his stay and updates on his feedings, sleep, and potty visits. Hands down, Roam Away From Home has been the best experience for my family. If you want a warm touch for your dog while you're away, I'd highly recommend Roam Away From Home!
