Customer Reviews
I wanted to share a sincere note of appreciation following my recent visits. Yesterday, I left feeling very upset due to an uncomfortable interaction at the front desk. However, I felt it was important to follow up today because my dog Luna is currently going through a serious gastrointestinal illness. This past month has been extremely stressful, with ER visits, specialists, and constant care for my baby girl. It has been emotionally and financially draining. That said, today’s experience truly changed my perspective. Dr. Fried and his assistant Danny were incredibly accommodating, patient, and compassionate. Their calm and reassuring approach meant more than I can express during such a frightening time. When you’re caring for a sick pet, kindness and reassurance matter just as much as
I am honestly sad to leave this review but I am done this Veterinary group and will be going elsewhere. After reading the fellow negative reviews I have decided to also leave my input as I have experienced the same things. This vet has to be a money grab. The most insane prices I have ever heard!! They told me around $6-7,000 for a spade for my new kitty. How can anyone afford that?? I don’t know if that’s normal, but let’s also factor in that getting your cat looked at by the doctor ALONE is $200 not considering any blood work meds, anesthesia etc. Also….One thing that bothers me Immensely is how they refuse to allow you in an exam room with your pet. I have been with this vet a long time, pre covid, so I know that they adopted this rule during the pandemic and stuck with it. I find it
I do not recommend this veterinary group at all. I had been using them for my dog for 3 years and they have been consistently rude & extremely unaccommodating. The 2 times my dog has needed an urgent appointment they could not be bothered to fit him in. They also price gauge & just do not seem to care about animals at all. Take your beloved fur babies anywhere else!
UPDATE: In the past I made an honest review for this vet. Its evident that this clinic took it seriously because in the past few months, I’ve been coming back to this vet and the service has been amazing. I’ll need to come back to update this review with the names of the people who have helped me. I don’t even know why I decided to come back here after a year, but I am very happy and satisfied that I gave this place a second chance. The nurses and the doctors are super smart. In my last review my issue came more so from the front desk people. I work in the hospital and the first face/service patients get are from the front. It’s extremely important that you don’t have “nasty” attitudes greeting pet owners at the door. Anyway, the people in the front seem to be all new or at least they have
Agree with other reviews, it’s strange you can’t go in with your dog for their exam and that you need to talk to the Vet or tech in the hallway to discuss the exam. What if you forgot to mention one thing to check, they would then need to go back in the room with your dog and then come back out to discuss it with you? Also, the fact you have to call in to get a call back later in the day for test results feels so disorganized. Lastly, if you wanted to process medication through somewhere like Chewy, you have to mail in a paper prescription to Chewy and then wait a couple days for it to be processed before they send anything out. An exam with Blood and urine work cost $700.
